Just get a white cleric to ress you Artrell. There is no special thing to do other than that. You might also want to consider whether you want to join the hive (artrell queendom) or not. They don't really take too kindly to people becoming artrell and not joining. You can talk to Mush as I think he is the current queen of Artrell.
