Illusionist and Shaman Totems

I'm looking for 2 things. I'd like my mage to become an illusionist. I heard you go to Shan to do it, but I saw a level 21 Ill so that seems to have maybe changed?

The other is the Shaman totems - where are they/it and how do you obtain them.

I figured out the earliest totem part:

East of Whitestorm on a hidden path to the south

> Think Totem
-- He'll toss you a piece of wood
> Whittle Wood
-- Should create the totem
-->>He must be alive for it to work and it can't be the wood you loot from his corpse.
