I've been exploring and killing the Fire/Astral Planes, I heard there was a way that I can get to fire from astral, any truth to this. If so anyone know how.

You can't get to fire planes from astral as far as I know
but you can get to fire planes from Cardania, provided you have an amulet from astral planes
